On'Ze Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster based in the Fort Worth, Texas area — including Haslet and the greater DFW metro. We roast small batches weekly and ship fresh across Texas.
Our mission is rooted in a moment from 25 years ago — watching strangers become friends over a simple cup. Every roast is an invitation to connect.
Meet Juan
“At 18, I discovered something magical in a corner coffee shop. It wasn't just the coffee — it was the laughter, the conversations, the connections.”
That spark became a 25-year journey. Juan, our founder and head roaster, built direct trade relationships with farmers in Colombia, Costa Rica, and Chiapas, México. Today, every bag we roast in the Fort Worth area carries that same intention — quality, fairness, and the joy of sharing a cup.

How we roast
We roast three single-origin coffees in small batches every week — never mass-produced months ahead. Each origin gets its own roast profile to highlight natural character: chocolate and caramel from Colombia, bright citrus from Costa Rica, smooth body from Chiapas.
