At On’ze Coffee, we stand behind the quality of every roast we ship. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — no stress, no risk.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (No-Risk)
If you try our coffee and simply don’t love it, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll issue a full refund — no return required.
We want every customer to feel confident trying new roasts and exploring our flavors.
This applies to:
Coffee you’ve opened
Coffee you’ve tried
Any roast that didn’t meet your expectations
Just email us within 7 days and we’ll take care of the rest.
14-Day Return Window (Unopened Items)
For unopened, unused items:
You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery
Items must be in their original packaging and unused
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
This window applies to unopened bags of coffee or non-perishable merchandise.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain safety and quality standards, the following cannot be returned:
Opened or used coffee (except under our 7-day satisfaction guarantee)
Perishable food items
Gift cards
Final sale or discounted items
How to Start a Return or Refund Request

Your order number
Your reason for return or refund
We’ll provide:
A prepaid return label (for eligible unopened items)
Or immediate processing under the 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you
