I was 18 years old, sitting in a corner of a tiny coffee shop while doing my college homework. As I looked around, I noticed something magical happening—people chatting, socializing, and taking a moment to relax, all connected by just a cup of coffee. In that moment, an idea sparked inside me. I knew coffee was more than just a drink; it was a bridge between people and a reason to slow down, create memories, and share stories.

That was the day I realized coffee was something I wanted to pursue as my lifelong dream. It took close to 25 years of learning, growing, and waiting for the right time to finally bring that dream to life. Today, through On'Ze Coffee, I have the privilege to share that vision—creating moments of joy, comfort, and connection through every bag we roast.

I bring over 25 years of passion for coffee and connection, with a focus on single-origin sourcing, small-batch roasting, and building meaningful relationships with coffee farmers. My journey began in that tiny coffee shop at 18, but my commitment to quality and connection has grown through decades of learning the craft.

Throughout my career, I've dedicated myself to understanding coffee at every level—from the farms where it grows to the cup where it's enjoyed. I've built direct trade relationships with farmers in Colombia, Costa Rica, and Chiapas México, ensuring fair compensation and sustainable practices. My background includes hands-on roasting experience, quality control, and a deep understanding of how origin, altitude, and processing affect flavor.

I've helped hundreds of customers discover coffee they love, provided guidance on brewing methods, and developed roast profiles that bring out the unique character of each origin. My goal is to combine expertise with intention—ensuring every customer experiences not just great coffee, but the connection and joy that inspired me 25 years ago. On'Ze Coffee isn't just a business; it's the realization of a dream to bring people together, one cup at a time.
